M/S "ELKE W."
October
2017 till January 2018 I took over the command on M/S "ELKE W.",
another ship of the
fleet of Reederei André Wieczorek. The ship is a so-called
Saimax, dimensioned exactly to size of the locks in the Saimaa Canal
connecting Lake Saimaa with the Gulf of Finland. During my time on
board we transported various cargoes to and from Lake Saimaa (Finland)
and Lake Vaenern (Sweden) and various ports in the Baltic Sea, North
Sea and English Channel.
